Yesterday I chased a tape measure around the shop. I am trying to improve the use of the floor space and make the shop more user friendly. While I had the tape measure out, I took a few swipes at the folding loading ramp, soon to become a bridge. I bought the ramp late last week.
I needed to get the ramp out of my truck so my son could sue the truck for moving some of his stuff. The kid and I parked the truck facing up-hill and slid the ramp out and onto my SnapOn creeper. Two ratchet straps hold the ramp from tipping. The ramp is over 200 pounds.
This creeper was expensive 25 years ago, but, it was money well spent. This creeper has been used to move heavy stuff, like Antique gas engines and a few IHC pickup boxes and me.
I have to deliver an ATLAS service station parts cabinet today. It will be replaced with the side cabinet I made for my main toolbox. This cabinet fit my situation when I was working, but, does not work so well now.
I would rather have tools I do not need than to need tools I do not have
