OfflineNice work, I like the way you worked the IH into the structure of the tailgate.

OfflineErik, great looking bed and tailgate. Hope you realize that imitation is the greatest form of flattery. I may try to incorporate something similar when I reach that stage on my old binder.

OfflineI'm trying to dislike your tailgate, but, somehow it looks just right and seems appropriate on an IHC of that vintage. Rather easy too look at. Good on you.

Offlinethanks for the complements guys , i think it gives it that classic farm truck type look that im after ( cause we all know 50s IHs dont look like farm trucks already….ahah) and i sure beats breaking the bank on a factory tailgate. less hours i have to work after high school and more time to work on the truck bonus!!!
and isb corbinder this is my new favorite quote

OfflineIf you like the signature/quote,take it, I'm going to change to something else, soon. (tomorrow)
I gave my son an L110 and we will be putting a Cummins 4bta and 4X4 in it. You can see the Cummins on You Tube, search Cummins 4bta start and run. I mounted the engine, transmission and transfer case on a caster wheeled frame for easy moving and storage. It has gauges, key start, a fuel system, charging for the battery and an exhaust flex hose to get the nasties to the door.
BTW, I like your color choices. We are going with an understated two tone green and my R120 will have the reverse of the L110.
