As avatars can have a HUGE impact on the forum (these images show up on every post, every page), it is important to adhere to the following guidelines:

1) Use an image no wider than 70 pixels and no taller than 100 pixels.

2) The image resolution should be no greater than 72 dpi.

3) The preferred format is JPG.

You know you have it right if the file size is 4k or less. 2k or 3k is best.

If you need help, I am willing to do so. Send your image to me and I will optimize it for you, then send it back to you so that you can set it up as your own avatar in your forum profile settings.

Fun Facts
It was discovered on a space mission that a frog can throw up. The frog throws up it's stomach first, so the stomach is dangling out of it's mouth. Then the frog uses it's forearms to dig out all of the stomach's contents and then swallows the stomach back down again.
