I will take a stab at this. They don’t make truck tires like that anymore. For Example, a 7.50-16 has an overall diameter of about 31.5 inches. The equivalent metric is 190/105R16. They don’t make that, or even close. The closest available modern radial truck tire to that overall diameter is LT235/85R16, which is a wider tread. The only other option is to use a standard modern bias-ply as sold by Universal. http://www.universaltire.com/truck-and-military.html
