Mike, as I believed from the beginning. My comments were for some who may join the conversation and may not be aware of what I believe is a Mutual respect among us.

Seeing as though it is the 50th anniversary of Woodstock I'm tempted to post the Jimi Hendrix version from the concert but it's way to early in the morning for that.

Nice soothing version you posted!

Re: politic on the board

I answered the shop landline and my cell phone about a dozen times, today. We are at the start of a federal election in Canada. Every one of the 5 candidate's campaigns call to ask for my/our support. Our minds are made up, already. So, to save any hard feelings and further discussion, we always tell every caller they have our full support. The otherwise incessant calling, stops.
This is not a political statement, maybe a helpful hint.

There are many here in the lower 48 that do not "tell" what we will do in an election, especially to pollsters and those who are antagonistic. Discussion is always a good thing. And at least agree to disagree.

Too late for you, Lloyd. You have made it crystal clear, what the color of your politics is..
We do not answer polls. I do not discuss politics with anyone.

I have always loved the American National Anthem. It stirs my emotions.
While I respect the Canadian National Anthem and I contribute my part, when we are called to stand and sing, I think our anthem could use a little more soul stirring content. Our anthem starts off with, "Oh Canada...…" My mother used to say, "Oh, Nikkinutshop" followed by her letting me know something I did or said should not be repeated.
One such occasion was, I had to fart, in church. I thought I had control enough for a long controlled burn. But, the control part failed. There was a pew rattling and sermon pausing blast. I got the giggles, which only made things worse. Persons in the adjoining pews were covering their noses in anticipation of the fall-out. My brother said "peugh" and I had to leave the building. That was over 60 years ago.
Dating back to the early 1600s, a common exclamation of contempt for a foul odor was pyoo. As English spelling had yet to become standardized, this word was also written as pue, peugh, pew and pue.
