Looking for rims

Anyone have a line on some 15” rims 5 x 4.5 I’m looking for American rims with windows that will take an 8” IH dog dish hub cap...thanks in advance for any help. Running a bit blind on this as my truck came without the rims.

Re: Looking for rims

My 1956 S112 has 5x4.5 pattern 16"x6" - 2.625" Backspacing, when I pull truck out of corral I put rims with 4" backspacing from a utility trailer and the front tires hit, so you need the shallow backspacing, wheel vintique has 15x5,6,7, rims with 2.5", 2.75", and 3" backspacing from $66.00 to 138.00. Hope this helps

Re: Looking for rims

The Wheel Vintiques Gennie Series 14 wheel 14-5512234 is probably as close as you're going to find. It's a 15x5 with 2.75" backspacing. Unfortunately, it has dual bolt patterns...but with those 8" caps on, no one but you will know.

Most wheels are powdercoated...that's why it's so hard to remove the original finish. If it was me, and I wanted the wheels to match the truck, I'd find a local powdercoater and see what he'll charge to do a set.
My posts contain my own opinions...your mileage may vary, void where prohibited, objects in the mirror may be closer than they appear, and alcohol may intensify any side effects.

Re: Looking for rims

I am curious. What are the wheels/tires hitting?
I would rather have tools I do not need than to need tools I do not have
Thinking risks being controversial and possibly being offensive
