Engine Mounting Bolts Torque

I am reinstalling my GRN214 and would like to know what torque should the engine mounting bolts be? The manual states "hand tight plus a 1/4 turn" however I have all new rubber and to compress the rubber into the frame requires more than hand tight.

Thanks for the help; engine is now installed!

Do what the manual says.
I would rather have tools I do not need than to need tools I do not have

If you have the "paint" program, you can reduce your pictures about 40% and they should post. save them in a separate folder.

This is what I use, supper easy. Just download pic, click on settings, reduce slider to under 512 kb, download new compressed version.
