700 x 16 Tire replacement

I used the search function looking to see who has replaced their old 700 width tires and read a lot of good info, but didn't find what I was hoping for. SO, who has replaced their 700x16 tires recently. I'm looking at a 1310 that has really old tires on it. Thanks.

Well, thanks, that was easier than I thought! Turns out I was putting 700x16 on their search and did not get this option.

I run 275x70r16s on my 61. They are slightly larger than the 7.00x16 but make a good replacement.

Radials, good idea. I was looking around the forum to see if anyone ran radials and must not have used the right search words. This all relates to the 1300a in the for sale section. Trying to estimate the up front to make it safe for the street. Thanks.

My friend John ran radial tires on his 1952 L110. John drove his IHC around Western Canada for a decade, on radial tires.
