I looked in Crismon's IH Truck book. Those distinctive 5-spoke front wheels point to either a Model 94 or 103 truck from the mid 1920s. The pictures in the book show both the Model 94 and 103 with 5 and 6-spoke front wheels, but it does say both of the models were quite similar, with 103 having an optional longer wheelbase (185 inches), and 14 inch solid rear tires on 40 inch rims. The Models 94 & 103 were introduced in 1924 and were produced until 1926.
Numbers produced:
1924
95 Model 94s and 448 Model 103s
1925
379 Model 94s and 285 Model 103s.
1926

The engine used was IHs own 4.25x5, 284 cubic inch, 4-cylinder engine. Same engine as was used in the McCormick Deering 10-20 tractor.
