Hi I am working on a 1956 S-164. Can someone tell me the part num or where to find the front wheel seals? Rock Auto and such places don't seem to even have my truck on their lists. I replaced the wheel cylinders and thought I would replace the bearings and seals as well.

Remove the seals and bearings, they should have numbers stamped on them. Cross reference them, Napa Oreilly, web etc.
I think you will be good to go.

Thanks, the bearings have numbers stamped on them but the seal doesn't... it's a 2 piece, looks like just for keeping dust and junk out. just a ring of some kind of fibrous material that goes on an aluminum disc with a machined shoulder on it.

A google search for 169465R1 says Ritchie Equipment has 4 of them. I've bought a lot of parts from them, 888-410-7812.

you can upgrade to newer rubber type seals if you measure inner diameter shaft and outer diameter fit,
I have a national seal catalog that show everything by size and style of seal, or you can use the old style felt on,

Hi Bedrock John- I need to find a felt seal that goes into the outer axle nut on my KB- 5. I was able to find the axle nut but not the seal. the thickness of the seal where it goes into the groove on the nut is either 1/4 0r 3/16"; the seal is 1/2" deep and the OD of the seal is 3 1/8" . Do you know of vendors that you can order felt or rubber seals from by dimension? Thanks for any info anyone can provide some info. Stickman 207
