Wiper Motor Wiring

I was working on wiring today. The switch for the wipers was bad but I was able to jump the wires and get the wipers to work. It is a three wire system and if I read the schematic right the motor grounds itself. When I jump the black wire I get hi speed every time. when I jump the green I will sometimes get lo speed, jumping the red does nothing although it seems to increase the chances of the lo speed working next time I jump it. Is there some combination of this wiring to make both work within the old switch that I can duplicate using a new switch? Is maybe one of the wires used to get the wiper blades to park at the low spot in the arc when the power is off?

The wiper motor is grounded. The red wire from the motor goes to the "F" post or socket on the switch. The black wire to the "A" post, and the green to the "P" post. Then there's the power feed to the "B" post. I believe the green wire is for the park function.

How would that translate to a non stock switch? I can see where a three position ( off, on 1 on 2) switch could feed the two different speeds I am at a loss as to how the wire for "Park" would figure into the circuit?

Take a look at https://www.speedwaymotors.com/Universa ... gK6nvD_BwE

I'd try power in to "B", green wire to "P", and then the toss-up - but I'd connect red to "H" and black to "L".

That switch looks like it should do the trick. Thanks for the help.
