That's always one of my favorite moments in an old truck project. It's hard to wipe the grin off your face when all the hard work pays off!

Yea. Owner found a parts truck and wants me to keep working on this project for him. I like having the fun on someone else's dime ha ha ha

And you are helping to get a very rare truck back on the road. It's a Win - win!

Yard drove it a bit today, until the brake line popped. Luckily I had cleaned and adjusted the driveshaft brake.

I bet that got your butt cheeks pinching the upholstery.
After 20 years, the rear brake lines corroded through from the outside, on my R120.
I had the rear brake line burst on my 2002 Ram 2500. The line had rusted through because of a bad assembly procedure. The brake lines were installed in the bottom of the frame rail. A local repair shop replaced all of the lines and flex hoses. I like to have a three year system flush. This was expensive, but a fouled ABS is much more costly.

Anyone have a source or part# for exhaust manifold to pipe gasket? The pipe in the manifold on this truck are shaped to take a donut and the clamp flange is 3 bolt holes. Everything I found online is a flat gasket with only two bolt holes.

With the '3 bolt' 220 240 264 I believe it is a 2-1/2--ID exhaust doughnut. Any good part store would have one or truck store.

I have a new one from NAPA Auto still in the package sitting on the shelf, I'll have a look and see what the part # is.
