Do the points in the distributor open and close? Are the points dirty?

You do not need a manual. It will not tell you anything to help get your truck started. I have an original owner's manual. I got it is several cases of IHC books and literature. I will have another look at the manual and if there is anything I think you can use, I will post pictures. We can talk about the manual, no guarantee it will be available.
Do not pour too much fuel down the carburetor.
It would be better if you were able to fill the carburetor bowl with fuel. Gasoline does not burn. It is the gasoline vapor that burns. Too much fuel could cause a hydro-lock situation and damage the engine if the fuel gets into a cylinder above a piston and the head. Check the spark plugs for clean at the tips.
the advice in the previous post is good information. Take the ignition switch and the door lock to a lock smith and heve them keyed alike. Easy stuff.
