I have searched and seen this question asked before without a response. Can anyone tell me on a 1956 S120 4x4 if there are any places to buy replacement wheels and what size you have went with? Also were there any other vehicles that used this same size and bolt pattern? I have read a few threads that say maybe a power wagon?

Try Stockton Wheels. If Stockton can Make your wheels, go for a 17 or 18 inch wheel. The larger diameter will have more inside clearance.

I have seen a couple 3/4 ton power wagons with that bolt pattern as well as at least one 3/4 ton Studebaker. Unfortunately, these alternatives are probably more rare than an IH.
