It is slightly bent, considering straitening it but it is so slight, if I were to replace it, what is the part # ?

I imagine your best bet would be to find one in a junk yard, or maybe trying your hand at making a new one.

I chucked it up in my lathe and straitened it, after wire brushing, it looks new, should be fine.
