Identify Transmission

So I’m having trouble identifying my 3 speed column shift transmission even after reviewing my service manual and searching the web. On the passenger side is stamp H 6 and 4153 on the top is 5071...it’s from a 57 S100 . Appreciate any insights

Re: Identify Transmission

Per my MT-103 parts catalog there are 2 3 speed transmissions listed
Either a T-1, code 13001 or a T-2, code 13002

It most closely resembles the 13001, but not an exact match.

You can see the previous year model transmissions at http://restoringcornelius.com/?s=mt-97#rparts
56 S-120 4x4 started the whole mess.
S-132 dually longbed,
S-120 4x4 Travelall,
S144 Forestry truck,
S160 Holmes tow

Re: Identify Transmission

Oh so this is the T1...This looks differnet to me...not sure I’m lookin at this right but appears the linkage is coming from the side. The linkage on mine comes out the top..and has a hump in the middle where the linkage connects
