This all depends on which mounts are used on the truck. According to the parts book those Nick has pictured are for right hand drive models. Those mentioned by Paul are for left hand drive models.
As far as the left hand drive cab mounts I used the original steel parts and fabricated the rubber parts. You can get rubber sheet in 2" thickness from a variety of places. I got some of about the right durometer and cut my own. For the circles I used a hole saw in a drill press. For the "U" shaped ones I used a bandsaw. A hand drill and a coping saw would probably work in a pinch.
