Where did you have the paint mixed? Napa?

Hey Doogybot, pardon the curiosity but in your pictures I noticed 3 holes just above and outboard of each headlight. The holes are symmetrical on either side. Can you tell me what they're for?

somebody at some time installed something, certainly not factory at all

I got the paint mixed at endura paints in Edmonton Alberta.
I was told it's the same type of paint that they used back in the day. A rubberized compound
