BG 241 Heat riser/manifold spring

Am in need of a Heat riser/manifold spring for my BG241. I found the below-listed part in the Parts Link section, but it does not say which engine it is for - maybe it's universal...
Is this the correct part for a BG241?
If not - what is the correct part?

https://www.steinertractor.com/IHS3353Spring-Valve

Steiner says the spring fits the following - none of which I can relate to:

IH Combines - Fits: [ Combine: 205, 303, 315, 403, 503, 615, 715 (Gas) ]
IH Industrial - Fits: [ 2606, 2656, 2706, 2756, 2806, 2856 (Gas) ], [ Industrial: 3600A, 3616, 3800, 3850, H30B, H50A, H50B, H50C, H60B (Gas) ]
IH Miscellaneous - Fits: [ Engine: C221, C263, C282, C291, C301 (Gas) ], [ Industrial: 303, 303A, UB240 (Gas) ]
International / Farmall - Fits: [ 2826, 606, 656, 666, 686, 756, 766, 826, 856 (Gas) ], 460, 560, 660, 706, 806, [ Cotton Picker: 414, 416, 420, 422, 616, 622 (Gas) ], [ Hydro: Hydro 70, Hydro 86 (Gas) ], [ Industrial: T6-62, U264 (Gas) ]; Replaces: 82958R1, 82958R2

Thanks for your help,
Heinz

Re: BG 241 Heat riser/manifold spring

The bigger Medium duty and Heavy Duty 6 don't use an adjustable heat riser, so it has to be the light six only.

Re: BG 241 Heat riser/manifold spring

The Farmall 560 used basically the same 220 CI engine as in the light duty pickups so the spring would be correct for that engine. My bet is there would be no difference on the 241, if it uses one.

CB - not sure what you mean. Are you saying that the 241 is a smaller engine, hence would use one? Or are you saying the 241 is a larger engine - hence, would not use one? The manifold on the 241 definitely has a moveable valve, and place for the spring.

Thanks,
Heinz

The BD241 does use one, and the ones for the Farmalls are the same part number.

all the small block sixes use them, the 269 282 308 medium six do not, nor does any of the RD big sixes
