Doesn't it also have a six lug rear end?

The six lug rear end would start with the R120's.

If you have access to compressed air and have the fitting, you could try applying high pressure air into each cylinder through the spark plug holes. I have done this and it works really well. Some of the cylinders will have open valves and no amount of air will make anything happen on the pistons in those cylinders. Make sure the transmission is in neutral because the truck will launch when the engine turns over.

Forget about using that stupid concoction of ATF and acetone for a rust release solution. ATF and acetone do not mix. The two will separate if left. ATF will likely work better on its own.
