Front or rear?
The picture is of a front set of cab mounts. One of the frame brackets is missing from the picture. The rear of the cab sits on two .500" thick rubber pads. A long bolt with a 3 inch spring ties the rear of the cab to the frame. Your cab sill need the spring to allow the cab to flex away from the frame. If you bolt the cab tight to the frame or the cab will crack.
