ford 8.8 in a l112

If I were to swap the rear end out in my L112/Bd264 with a three speed what would the best gear ratio be for the rear end. I have found one with a 3.55 ratio, I would like to not get ran over while on the highway.....I will also be upgrading to disc brakes.

Sorry Guys, I posted before I used the search function......found it in Kris's build thread.I'm going to purchase the 3.55 rear end tomorrow.
