new frame

hey i was wondering what would be a good frame to put under my 2nd 52 L120 because i want to have better brakes and power steering. Im hoping that i can just kind of switch bodies with a newer truck if that's possible.

Re: new frame

Certain years of the Chevy/GMC Suburban have a 127" wheelbase. According to Wikipedia, that would be '67-'72. The '73-'91 Suburbans have a 129.5" wheelbase...so they might be MADE to work. And there are probably a lot more of the '73-'91 models out there.

I have a friend who owns an L-120 on a Suburban frame, and his is a 4x4. Not sure which year frame was used.
