leaf spring bushings part #

I have a 52 L110 and want to replace the leaf spring bushings front and rear. I know someone had a link to what they bought before on the old site and am looking for some help in finding what I need. I would preferably be looking for simply rubber bushings.

Thanks :shock:

Here is the info I have for the 2 orders I made for my 52 L120

Denver Spring - 303-295-7638

Harris Bushing #HB-0854 - 12 Each
Harris Bushing #HB-0851 - 12 Each

I also used one of the sizes for the Cab Front Mounts but had to cut the thickness of the shoulder by about 1/2 to get them to fit correctly.

Re: leaf spring bushings part #

That HB-0854 for the rear is very hard to find. I searched for a very long time at several stores, the spring shop in St. Louis can get them but they were expensive and I don't have that much in my truck fund account right now. NAPA had them listed on their website so I ordered them and when I went down to pick them up they had no such part number.

The HB-0851 can be found here at this link but they are out of the 0854's

Post back if you can find the HB-0854, I still need them myself.

I just sent an email to Denver Spring to see if they can still get the HB-854 and a price.

Edited post 1-24-13 Here's the response I got back from Denver Spring. "Sorry we don't have them"

I just spoke to them - they 854s can be ordered and are available... the 851s are on back order without a restock date... call them directly at the number I posted.

Re: leaf spring bushings part #

Been doing some calling today and got ahold of Denver Spring: they can no longer order the 851's but had the 854's in stock. After calling a few distributors and vendors I got in touch with Husky Spring @ 800 826 3318 and although they didn't have the bushings in stock they were able to order them. They will be contacting me upon there arrival.

Prices for each #HB-0854 $2.07 ea
#HB-0851 $2.29 ea

Hope all goes well and will hopefully update after receiving bushings.

Husky Spring has the 851's listed in their website cheaper than they quoted you. http://www.huskyspring.com/Harris-Collared-Rubber-Bushing_p_3375.html

The 854 they list but you can't click and order them, I emailed them a couple months ago and the reply I got was they were not getting anymore in stock.

Re: leaf spring bushings part #

On a wim I looked up the IH PN's and Googled them. Both show in the NSN surplus parts system.

Front;
72686R1 Bushing
Rear;
72687R1 Bushing

I contacted one of the surplus vendors months ago asking if they sell to the general public and got a nice response that said they do. So it's worth a try,all it takes is a few minutes and an e mail address.

Here's a link to the vendor;

I also found this site when searching "rubber bushings" ;
http://www.moritequsa.com/index.html

They may well be worth contacting for all the hard to find rubber bushings,insulators etc.
