Rear fenders

Are rear fenders all the same? We have a 1952 L-110 short box, spare tire was factory installed under the box. So the drivers rear does not have a cutout. This truck has been on this farm since 52, so its never been altered. Last summer brought home a 1950, the fender on this truck is cut out for tire. Found a 51 long box for parts, plan is to take fender off 51 & put on 50. The 50 is going to be hot rod type truck. Thanks.

Re: Rear fenders

Fender bolt patterns should be the same. Save that cutout fender, someone will probably want it.

Re: Rear fenders

These fenders are virtually the same from '50 to '55 I do believe. My '53 was sitting beside a '52 and when I was looking at them (I wanted the L110 but got the R130) I noticed the right rear fender on the 110 was crunched up pretty bad so I did some measuring on the bolts and bingo they will interchange.

Re: Rear fenders

It is good to see lots of folks both old and new, and we can all start meeting each other again. Our goal is to get folks back on that have not been here in years.
