Antique Truck Club of America

This topic probably should go into another heading, but with the photos of so many L, R, S trucks, I choose to start here.
I took my L110 to the 1st Annual ATCA show in Leesburg, Fl on Sat. Mar. 8, 2014. The event was held in conjunction with Paquette's 7th Annual International Tractor Show on the fabulous 50 acre Buffalo Nickel Ranch. No trophies to give out, but a lot of trucks to see and talk about. The show was actually a 4 day event, but I think everyone choose Saturday to show off. Weather was not a factor as it was warm and sunny enough for the northerners among us to be wearing shorts and tank tops. Big break from what's been happening this winter "up north" .
I'm putting two photos per entry due to file size and keeping the photos large enough to see some details.

1946 KB. Looked like a KB-3 put without the spare tire mounted anywhere.

Re: Antique Truck Club of America

My ride was sandwiched between a semi and another brand 1964.

As you can see in the background of the photos, there were many other trucks present of all sizes, many brands.

As for the tractor show, I've never seen so many International tractors together in one place in all my life. But then, I don't get out much apparently.

Paquette's International Tractor Museum, the tractor show and the truck show is a place that would make a great get-away next year. What could be better and you'd get to warm up some, too!

I like the idea of the reverse-hinged hood on the RC series... it works like the later trucks now!

Re: Antique Truck Club of America

that green R with the bed extensions, those are a very rare factory option, there was a trailer here with them on a shortbed, it got away before I could get it.
Gentle Men! you can't fight in here! This is the war room!
