Factory one piece visor

I know this is a shot on the dark,I know how rare these are.I also understand this would be a major trust issue. With that said Anyone have a Factory Visor to make a mold from? I know it's a crazy thought but I was thinking after I saw the R Grille sell that a visor would be a nice addition to a lot of members trucks. He problem is I don't have one to duplicate.Anybody got any good pictures so I can at least Dream.Im also wondering if this would tick any of the Vendors off for making A part like this? Kinda wonder why they havent picked up on it.Thanks,Sandusky

They're out there. I've probably seen 4 or so that were available over the last few years. Problem is you usually have to buy the whole truck to get it. Sellers would not sell seperate. Depending on price, it might be worth it. I got mine off of a '51 I bought some years back.

Re: Factory one piece visor

Maybe if someone could come up with some real good dimensions from one a place like this could make them.

Re: Factory one piece visor

Maybe I'm just pointing out something everyone already knows, but as far as I know there were no L,R or S 'factory' visors. The MT-97 parts manual on the Restoring Cornelia site shows no visors in the 'cab' section. They were a dealer installed or aftermarket accessory. They were made for many brands of cars and trucks by several manufacturers. Fulton is the visor brand I'm familiar with.

Re: Factory one piece visor

Thanks Dean466, I wasn't aware that it wasn't a Factory Option so I guess I'm looking for a One piece exterior visor. I'm thinking I could probably make some templates and have one made out of sheetmetal and probably come up with some clips for mounting. I Just thought it would be easier to duplicate something already in existence than for me to try and get "The Look" I'm wanting Thanks to all for posting ,and keep your eyes peeled. Thanks, Sandusky
