Well, Mr. Sandusky One should never say never with IHC. As far as the body parts fitting another model, I am thinking that a tape measure may your new best friend. I have owned about a dozen of these early 1950's Binders and often as not, what I saw was not what I got. The fender badging often did not match the registration VIN plate and this could have been for any number of reasons. Some practical joker could have changed the numbers between vehicles or one of the previous owners may have bought just any badge to fill the space where the original badge had been.
I think that it can be fairly safely said, if your front fenders are smooth and do not have the extra pressed in ridge just above the wheel opening, the parts will exchange.
I will hazard a guess and say that the hoods from the trucks bigger than one ton may not exchange although this hood will match the front of the cab, the fenders could be longer to accommodate the space needed for a longer motor. I have attached two pictures to illustrate the fender differences and show the fender ridge. This may not be the best example of the larger fender, but it shows the ridge.
Happy Bindering. Don't get too hung up on keeping it all original, it could spoil, your fun. IH had so many variables and just this morning is discovered that IH offered a Gardener Diesel engine in their light trucks as early as the late 1940's. I'll bet that will be a difficult one to find OEM for. For me, the fun part has been thinking of my Binders as just trucks, like a Chevy or Ford and build from there. After all, look at who survived the test of time and who did not.

I believe that the IH woody was a R130 and the Crewcab is also an R130 on the left badging and had an R140 badge on the left. The fenders do not match. BTW. I own the Crewcab and it is in dry storage waiting it's turn for a freshening. The Crewcab sat exactly where you see it in the picture for 47 years. When it is finished, it will be an R120, because I have the best sets of that designation. My son has claimed the NOS L110 for himself.
