I took my pins to a local NAPA store and did visuals on the springs and pins. Yes, you're correct on the H1105 pins and H1150 springs. They match up well. They didn't carry the cups. The new ones I have are a lot deeper than the originals. Is the number you gave for the cups still a good number?

I liked that area. I was there on temporary duty to pickup some equipment, but stationed in Florida. Thanks on the encouragement on the pins. I did get them resolved. Now working on the cups.

I believe H1132 is correct for the cups. That's what I used, and didn't have any problems with them.

Thanks Nikki.
The person at the NAPA's I went to, pulled out a book, that not only had some part numbers, more in line with H1102 thru H1190, but had also pictures of every brake hardware part. All of the hold-down pins, springs, cups, adjustment screw and more. So I did a matchup to the picture and came up with what I needed. Except for the cups, they didn't have the cups.
When I go back tomorrow, I'll see if their numbers cross reference to 127 295 R1.

The IH part number for the cups is I 032 Y, and MT-97 shows it to be the same for 100's, 110's, 120's and 130's.

Re: New Toy 54 R100-update

All parts have been acquired and installed. Brakes are done.

I have a question about the double set of leaf springs. This is supposed to be a half ton. My 55 R100 is the same half ton, but does not have springs like this. Is this a factory option or a previous owner's add-on? What's the pros and cons to having them?

I forgot to add a previous owner had some worked done in the brake area, as the right rear wheel cylinder bleeder takes a 3/8" wrench, while the left rear wheel cylinder bleeder takes a 10 mm wrench.
I have new wheel cylinders, just didn't put them on, the old ones are fairly new, just the difference in the bleeders. I might tackle them at a later date and replace them.

Looks like rear springs with overloads for the 110 series. There were different spring options for the 100, 101 and 102, but it doesn't look like they had the separate overload set.

Happy New Year All

Paul, I don't know the history of this rear end and springs, as this is how I got it. I also talked with the seller I got it from and he doesn't know anything about it, except the rear end was leaking when he got it. It is still leaking to me, but I don't know if it was another area it leaked or not. I don't know what rear end it is. I'm going to have my grandson see if he can find a tag on it when he comes over to help me this week. I want to get a gasket for it and the only thing I know about it is, it's a ten bolt cover plate pattern. When he remove the cover I'll make a gasket from some gasket material and reseal it.
