After a few decades , I found the Old IHC tach on eBay. I paid too much, but, I have it, now.
The other tachometers came from other IHC trucks.

I found a site that has the bulb sockets.

Thank you Nikki. Do you remember the link to them if you got them online? Did you have to modify the grill to set them in? I gather the LED is two wire?

The sealed LED is 3 wire. You can find them on Amazon and at TRUCK-LITE dealers. Yes, I had to make a bigger hole to fit the light.
You can install the OEM lens and bezel without the light box. Then install the LED and bracket behind. You do not need a box to contain the light.
This is what I used for tail lights. The amber facing forward adds another level of safety, I think.

Thank you Nikki, I'm going to look into the LED lights.
The turn signal housings came in today. I was a little surprised at them being built so solid and having a nice weight to them.

I am almost ready to install the turn signal housings and rewire the cloth wrapped wires to the old turn signal housing, They are single wire lights, also to replace the headlight wires (3). What size wire is recommended for the wiring, 14 or 16? Especially since it has been converted to 12 volt. I plan to replace most of the wiring and hopefully not have to buy a harness.

Re: New Toy 54 R100-update

I have been doing a little preventive maintenance on the rust areas. I'm attacking it from the front back to the firewall.
I removed and worked on the grille.

I got an IHC bumper from Jon"Bedrock". It needs a little work and I'm ding that now.

I also have found other evidence of a few paint jobs, that are different from the passenger door, that's pink on the inside.

Fender colors

Still more pictures.
I'm doing body work on the passenger side front fender. Also, the wheel wells were rusted pretty good. No cancer or eat thru on any fender, but signs that they have bondo.
