Looking for a new starter and new generator

I am in the process of restoring and getting my L-160 working. It has an SD-240 engine in it. The starter doesnt appear to be working and the generator barely turns by hand. Anyone know where to get either of these parts. Im trying to find a place locally that will rebuild them but figured id ask if anyone knew where to find replacements. I believe i found a replacement starter from wilson:https://www.filterspro.com/WILSON-91-01-3660_p_1813810.html

Call Outback Parts in Spokane. I bought a starter for my R112 from him. Worked great.

Looks like maybe he is closed. His domain has been suspended. I bought my starter 2+ years ago.
