Does anyone know where to get a 11" rear drum for my 54 r100 I bought a pair from rockauto and now I am stuck with a pair of 12" drums I cant return if anyone needs them let me know.I also need a set of e brake cables .Thanks for any help.

I don't think you'll find new drums for the R100 with 11" brakes. The 100's used a Dana 44 rear axle rather than the IH axle with 12" brakes. The best I found was to use – NAPA #ND 4401140, same as Raybestos 2311, which was for early Scouts with the tapered axle Dana 44, and then take them to a machine shop and have them re-drilled for the 5 on 4.5 bolt pattern.

Thanks that's why they are different.I will try that. Now just have to find e brake cables.
