Tanged Spindle Washer

I noticed one of my rear spindle nuts coming loose. Do I need a tanged spindle washer like in the picture below with a tang on the inside to go through the keyway to hold the washer from spinning and wrap the outside tangs over the nut to hold it on? Any help in sourcing this part? It seems any I can find online are much larger and none of the local auto parts or shops or farm supplies that I would expect to have this have no way to get them for me.

This part should fit K/KB 1/2, L-R-S 110/111/112. IH part number 1120Y, manufactured by Jacob Chapin at Chapin Design.

If you seek one for a different application, I don't know.

Re: Tanged Spindle Washer

Thanks to both of you. The measurements for the one in the Ebay link look correct so I'm going to order them.
