Tire Tube Pressure

I'm not used to running tubes in a truck. I had them pretty low (around 28) and I'm not sure that's correct. I know a tube can move in the tire if there's not enough pressure. What tire pressure should I be running in the tubes?

Re: Tire Tube Pressure

What pressure does the sidewall show for maximum?

Back in the day, with tube-type tires I used to run 32-34 pounds in passenger tires.

Some truck tires recommend up to 45 PSI. Here's an example for the stock 6.50-16s:

My posts contain my own opinions...your mileage may vary, void where prohibited, objects in the mirror may be closer than they appear, and alcohol may intensify any side effects.
