Re: Belated Christmas present

Very nice Terry, I had to make mine. :t1812: Took me a lot of welding bends.

Re: Belated Christmas present

In 1990, I had a local muffler shop make a 4 inch single exhaust system for my R120 with a 6.9 Diesel. I have the receipt for $250. 20 years and 225,000 miles later The system needed replacing. This time it was over $400.
I built the exhaust system for my 1940 Ford. This included the tube headers, Flow Master muffler and a Quick Time Performance electric exhaust diverter. I bought and used formed pipe donuts cut to make the bends. These were about $100 for each donut. There was many hours of fitting and TIG welding to make it all fit and look good. Without allowing anything for my time I spent well over $2500 including sending the system out for ceramic coating.
Your system looks very professional.

Re: Belated Christmas present

I bought them at http://www.hotrodparts.ca/ near here. I understand they get them from Australia. I googled exhaust donut and got several hits.
