Exhaust flange bolts

I have all of the new exhaust made and put together except the flange to the manifold. I have a new donut gasket for the flange but am not sure if the bolts holding the flange are regular bolts with lock washers and nuts or are they bolts with springs and nuts? What I took off was bolts with lock washers and nuts but I am sure this was not original.

Re: Exhaust flange bolts

The parts book shows bolts and two nuts on each. No springs or lock washers.
