exhaust manifold,

my buddy needs exhaust manifold for his BD-264, any manifold from SD or BD or BG 220, 240, 264 will fit needs to be 2.5" outlet to exhaust pipe,
Seattle area,
I don't have anymore ratholed away, anyone help him?

Two things to make your exhaust manifold better and last longer.
1) get a machine shop to check the manifold for flatness, where it contacts the head. If necessary, have the manifold planed.
2) get the manifold ceramic coated.
If the manifold does not contact the side of the head properly, tightening it to the head will cause the old castiron to crack.
When all else fails, a person could make an exhaust manifold. I did and this is expensive. What you see on the floor then on the engine is about 40 hours and $1000.

I have a complete intake/exhaust and one exhaust manifold. Number on it is 78129-R1. Opening seems to measure 2 3/8.
