I bought one panel of ABS yesterday, if it works as well for my door panels as Nikki says I will then try tackling the head liner. I've never had a headliner in mine so it might take a couple of tries to get it right but I'll document the process then post about it. If the ABS is as easy to work with as Nikki and the internet makes it sound I should be able to accomplish the hard bits using heat to mold it.

There are ABS glues out there, used to make items for the place I worked.

I've not done my panels yet, but plan on using a sheet of fiberglass reinforced plastic from Lowes. 4X8 sheet for $24.97. I've seen the same thing at Home Depot for about the same price. Another guy in town used it and looks really good.

I have been in touch with Nikki, and he's got a good idea about bending / molding the headliner. I will add lexon doesn't break like ABS.

Sometime in 2013, I posted a boiling water and sandbag method of forming the headliner. I have not had an opportunity to try this, but my upholstery exfriend says this has worked for him. Go ahead and post this information. I will not be adding anything more.
