How much does it cost for the water?

Re: R-190 Engine and tires...

My wife's brother is a country rat. He must haul water, also. She suggested her brother buy a retired dairy milk truck with a stainless steel tank, for his water needs. He did took her advice. He now pays someone with a Freightliner tractor to pick up the stainless tanker, take it for filling and return the tank trailer to his "farm."
By doing this he has eliminated the cost of maintenance and annual tractor inspections.
Her brother sold the "farm" and gave the trailer to the Freightliner guy. The BIL moved to Arizona where he plays golf every day. His wife spends most of her time in the North East, with her family. I think the BIL is getting more than a "hole-in-one" while his misses is MIA.
