According to my MT-98 parts book, the lock cylinder part number is 86625R91. Google it and you will find some. I don't know about the other internal parts that might be needed. The left handle assembly with lock is 133291R91 and the right is 133292R91. I tried to post the diagram but couldn't get things to work. Hope this helps. If you go to the home page and check "Gangster International IH truck reference library", you can find the MT-98 parts book. It's for the R-180 but the door parts are the same.

I probably have 2 driver side lock sets on my truck as passenger side it upside down operation.
