Door window removal

I have been working on my 1950 L110 for over a year now. I would like to remove the windows in the doors so that I can replace the window channels, thought maybe asking the question here would be easier than jumping all over the forum. How do you get the glass out of the doors? Any tips and tricks would be greatly appreciated.

Re: Door window removal

It's easier than it seems. Just start taking it apart and when the screws holding the tracks get removed, the glass will come out of the bottom hole in the door. I didnt have to remove any of the door latch assembly, but the window actuator and window crank all comes out pretty easily.
