51 l-112 hood hinges

I came across a couple drawings that might help with the wiring problem.
Hood alignment doesn't seem to be covered in the Owners and Drivers Manual. Probably need someone with "service/maintainance" experience for that.

I hope this helps. Many of the "L" trucks I have owned had shims the raise the hinges. Was this OEM, I don't know. Maybe a body shop needed the shims
For allignment.
I preferred the "L" hinges and have convert the later "R" hoods. The L truck has Different hinge mounts on the inner fender aprons.
