White Post Restoration (brakes)

Has anyone dealt with White Post Restoration for brake shoe and cylinder work lately? They did a great job on the front brakes of my KBS-5 in 2008 and even cleaned up the hardware (nuts, bolts, washers, springs, etc). I just received the rear brakes (shoes relined and cylinders resleeved) and they didn't so much as touch any of the hardware this time. For the price I paid ($610), this has flown all over me. They've not responded to two emails so far about my dissatisfaction. Has the business gone to pot since 2008 or, as usual, am I expecting too much? To add to the injury, I think they sold my info to Brake Materials and Parts in Ft Wayne, IN. Maybe I need to lower my standards??!!

Re: White Post Restoration (brakes)

I quit waiting for a email reply and called them. I'm sending them everything that was not bead blasted without charge...other than postage to send it to them. Happy now.

Phone Calls generally work the best for responses to concerns. Glad they did you good!
