Holes in frame

What are all these holes for? It's the same on the other side, too.

I think those holes are for mounting the steering box to for a right hand drive truck.

I think clutch and brake pedal bracket for rt hand drive.

Frames were drilled for either right or left drive,

Right after I posted that I went out to the shop to install my rebuilt steering box, then I felt a little stupid!
