Seat Finished!

I finished rebuilding the seat from scratch. I will try to upload the picture. $50 in foam from a car show vendor, $20 in gorilla glue, $75 in cow hides from craigslist. It turned out really well. The bottom is harder that the original, but I won't be taking long trips in it.

Re: Seat Finished!

She is a 1948 KB-7. The cab and fenders are solid for the year, but the rest is too much work. So I am putting the cab, fenders, running boards, etc. on a 1969 Chevy C-40 running gear. The Chevy works, drives, dumps, new tires and brakes, etc. The frames, width, wheel bases are very similar, so I am hoping the project will go well.
