I have CLECOS and I like and use them. I used lots of VISEGRIP "C" clamps on our non IHC.

I'm sure it didn't help that these floor pieces were completely open on the back. I'm sure they just rusted from the inside out, collecting road salt and everything else.

The chances of winning a lottery are better than finding paint on the back side of any IHC panel. I have owned 14 L&R pickups none had paint on the back sides of any panels. Some of the trucks did not have paint between the box and cab.. Old IHC did some **** work in the assembly. It was not uncommon to pull trucks out of inventory, in the yard, and repaint another colour for a big county order.
Every IHC part that leaves our shop has full paint coverage over an etching primer like PPG DP40.
