gas gauge

Hi everyone it's me Jeb, all is good just want to see if anyone know of a gas gauge that I can instal on my 47 KB2, I had to put in new water and oil gauges and I would realy like a gas one(tired of running out) I am sure I would need a compleat kit if one is out there. Thanks for your help.

No easy answers other than a dipstick?
Used tank units are a mess.
You can change over to Stewart-Warner sender and gauge if you can adapt the SW sender.
Ford used King-Seeley gauges so finding an old Ford sender that fits might work.

reproduction FERD sender, Supposed to talk to IHC gauge, http://dennis-carpenter.com/product.asp ... order=true

I had an extra original Ferd sender from a 47 Ferd panel, I put it in my 1949 IHC panel, it works fine, do the aftermarket ones work? who knows? never tried one
