Shop Talks #23 2-speed Vacuum Controls

I was so excited. After putting off spending the 70.00, I finally ordered my copy of the K/KB service manual (CTS-8). Now I find out it does not cover the information I need. It refers me to "Shop Talks for International Servicemen #23 (CTS-69) Vacuum Shift Controls for Two-Speed Axles".
I know I will still use the manual in the future, but it was so disappointing.
Does anyone know where I might find a copy or the information contained within?

Alas, last summer, I had my hands on those very same manuals. I did not have the money at the time, to purchase them. I will try to find out from the fellow, who bought them. Perhaps someone on the site has those.
