At the Daytona Turkey Run at the Speedway there was a few K and KB's there to represent IH. There was a nice R model too with an old Harley in the back. Here are a few photos, enjoy. Well I guess my photos are too big to directly upload, so I will try something else.

This a C model with a Cummins 5.9
There was an IH hit and miss churning ice cream too.

Here are a few off my phone.
This was in the cars for sale, a cool chopped S series, I didn't ask the price.

The bad news of my trip back home, I was 36 miles away from my daughters house in Asheville, NC and lost the outer front wheel bearing on my truck. I was left stuck on the side of I-26, called AAA for a roll-back and had her dropped off at my daughter's. Swiped her car and drove 563 miles home to get my Dodge and the trailer. Made a 1206 mile round trip to haul her car back to her and fetch Rusty. When I got it back to my shop and tore it down, I now have to replace the spindles and rotors because the driver's side got wasted. Oh well, all in the name of fun. All said and done I drove over 3500 miles on my trip, now back to work for a needed rest, LOL

Bill, That was quite the trip.
Let us know if there is anything we need to look out for on our own trucks.
If the spindles are as old as the truck, well we all get a little broken down as we age.

Thanks Lloyd, it was just junk Chinese bearings, no warning growl they just imploded, two loud bangs, a squeal then the wheel started shaking, no brakes, just coasted to the side on the parking brake. The outfit I got the IFS from loaded it up with the cheapest parts they could get. When I checked the other side, the bearing cages were rusted while still coated in grease, they were well lubed before the trip. I figure the rollers had very little hardfacing and just exploded. I ordered all new spindles, rotors, bearings and seals from an American manufacturer, today.

Are you sure you weren't driving in the surf for fun? That'll rust things up in a hurry!
