They are pretty much, "replace if torn, missing or leaking" not changed on every hub pull. I have a few extras from my search as well. Somone pulled them off on my K-7.
Because my truck move so infrequently, I prefer greased bearing over oil lubed.
My KB-7 still has the felt grease seals, so they are required on that truck.

Re: Parts Link

Rear Wheel brake piston.
1 3/8" piston used on K-6T and K-6F and for some reason my K-7. It may also fit K-5's
All show 1 3/8" large piston but take different cyl castings.
IHC part number: 102651 HX

https://aftermarket.express/case-new-holland/102651hx
Be forewarned, the price to my door exceeded 6 times the price of the item, lots of fees, handling and shipping.
What came was N.O.S. IHC however not aftermarket.
cost over $30 but I couldn't come up with a cheaper alternative

Re: Parts Link

I would guess you have a Mechanic's DR series joint. None are available at any price as far as I can tell. For a picture and what I have found see this thread.
